I say: I live by the sea, and I like to go swimming in the sea with my kids. My kids are 10 and 7, and while they can swim OK, I feel much happier taking them in the sea at low low tide, so they're not out of their depth until they're 30 yards or so from shore. This app lets me see what time is best for me to go swimming with my kids. I'm sure it's not exactly what the authors intended - it's probably meant for sailing enthusiasts - but, in combination with the Firefox Forecast fox extension, it serves my purpose perfectly.
